ICAM invests €56 million to double production capacity

ICAM announces a major expansion project for its Orsenigo production facility, with a total investment of €56 million supported by a pool of credit institutions led by Intesa Sanpaolo. The objective? To double production capacity and enhance research and innovation.

The plan includes the integration of over 23,000 square meters of new facilities, including four new molding and packaging lines, a dedicated white chocolate production line, and the creation of an Innovation Center. The project also features an Academy for pastry chefs and the expansion of Chococube, a training hub for industry professionals.

Giovanni Agostoni, President of ICAM, stated: “This investment enables us to face market challenges with a cutting-edge production structure while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability.”

With steady growth and a 2024 turnover exceeding €300 million, ICAM confirms its position among the Italian chocolate industry’s top players, looking to the future with ambition and responsibility.
